Hiring documents "Oath of Allegiance"
Post Body

I'm a new PhD student and I was sent hiring documents by my department that say I need to do an "oath of allegiance" in front of a notary or other authorized person (lmao, I vaguely remember learning California has this in school. Thanks red scare). Anybody know an easy to place to do this? My department didn't give me any guidance on this/haven't replied to my email, and none of the other grads in my department seem to know (??). I called an office on campus and they had no idea either, it's unclear to me who would know
