Post Body

I'm a typical CS person, and the number of times I've been to the gym is probably less than five. People around me always say I'm weak. So, this year, I wanted to impress them by going to the gym more often, to be little more toned, but I'm pretty lazy unless someone drags me to it.

And, I'm not confident about working out in front of everyone, so I was wondering which gym is more beginner-friendly, one where people wouldn't care much about a newbie going in and trying to work out, even if they might look a bit awkward. (or is there a time where it's fewer people in the gym??)

Is it weird if I watch YouTube videos to follow the workout? Also, is there any program at school that helps beginners work out in the gym, or maybe a group chat for gym newbies?
