I'm offering a sublease for my room in a spacious 4B3B apartment from April 1st to the end of August. Plus, there's an option to take over the lease for the remaining academic year and beyond.

Located not so far at Ohio Avenue (& Beloit Avenue), right next to the 405

Pros: - Fully furnished private bedroom - Kitchen equipped with modern amenities: dishwasher, microwave, oven, and toaster - In-unit washer and dryer, just outside my room - Quick access to BBB 1 and 17, providing a 15-minute ride to UCLA campus - Ample street parking available, with building parking also an option (additional cost)
