My take -- Duo was annoying and inconsistent sometimes, but I appreciated the fact that I could approve authentication requests from my notifications without actually opening the app. I hate the fact that there's an extra step now. Call me lazy, but I have to authenticate multiple times a day so it feels more annoying.
