I do have a few mods installed so I don't know if that's changing anything a little while ago I just got into the Mediterranean before Greece got captured. I was in the area doing another mission so I decided to head up to some Greek ports to see if there was anything I could raid when I went to the first one it didn't end up loading I thought it was just an error so I went to the Naval Base close to it found two submarines which I sunk with the deck gun. Upon leaving however I traveled for a period of time heading back South to get to open water suddenly Naval Base teleported right on top of me thinking it was just a loading failure I reloaded I went along different route same thing no matter which direction I went even going as far as to hug the coast to nearly beaching myself it would always teleport on top of me. I don't know if this is just cuz of the mods or an actual bug that's in the game if anyone else has had this happen let me know and if not just be careful if you just decide to go in the area.
