hi i have found the fix to the issue of ubisoft connect not letting you login and coming up with the connection lost error

TURN OFF WINDOWS FIREWALL thats it just press the windows key then type firewall and network protection and press enter then make your way over to which ever one has active next to it of the 3 network's then just uncheck it and that is it fixed reload ubisoft connect back up and put in your details and it logs in now.

the problem is windows 10 classes ubisoft connect as "volatile software" which means in easy person terms it could be dangerous to the computer or it could be harmless so it just blocks the connection to the ubisoft servers just to be safe
