Ubisoft Plus Black Screen

I bought the plus subscription to play Prince of Persia.
When I go to the plus tab in the app, it’s a black screen with nothing to click on. When I go the plus tab in the browser, it’s a black screen with nothing to click on. I tried re-adding the app through windows defender. I uninstalled. Nothing works. What a complete sham this is. I opened a ticket but I expect nothing back.
Any black magic someone can suggest? Thanks in advance
