SOLVED: So I cleared a base last time I played but didnt complete the rest of the mission associated with it. I saved and had to go. I come back the base isn't registering as complete but when i go to all markets they have all been activated and cant be used again. Its locked me out of doing that base. I tried fast travelling far away and flew back but nothing. Has anyone encountered this and solved it?
