UBISOFT ACCOUNT SUPPORT & VERIFICATION IS PATHETIC

After waiting 5 days with an open case. I found the link to do a live chat (why do they even make cases A thing that take 5 days to answer when you can just live chat and get an answer in minutes)?

Anyway. I have an Old Ubisoft Account thats been linked to my PSN probably since 2015ish, and i do not have access to that accounts login email anymore. For some strange and odd reason. The only way Ubisoft can verify us is having access to the login email. And if that email doesnt exist for whatever reason , your Games and Saved data and XP and Money spent are worthless.

My Login Email has been dead for many years and impossible to retrieve. I just used it as a one time login at the time on parents computer as a kid without an email trying to login to a ubisoft game because for some reason you need to..

So I recently Purchase The Crew Motorsport. Enjoyed and love the game for a day, spend money on cars i like and the Deluxe Version $250 . And i click to connect to Ubisoft Connect in the game and it asks me to Verify my account if i want to continue playing the game. Even though i knoe the email and password?

1. How can i verify my account without access to a 10-5 year old email thats non existent anymore

2.why is there no solution for this problem other then “go get the email domain back from where it came from that you used all those years ago”

There has to be another way Ubisoft can Unlink the PSN and Change the email to allow me to play their games without starting from scratch and throwing all my money and time down the drain….

There has to be another way they can verify us. There reasoning was the obvious”we need to make sure someone isn’t pretending to be the account holder”

Whose to say the person who does have access to the email is pretending you fools.

Wheres the questions or ID or something else for verification to get an account back.

With only requiring an email to verify someone is the worst verification ive ever heard of.

Why cant they verify me with ALL MY PURCHASES AND RECIEPTS AND GAME RECORDS ON MY PSN ACCOUNT LINKED TO THE EMAIL.
