Ubisoft Refund not working?

So My gf bought the Assassins Creed Collectors Box pre order for me as a surprise Anniversary present. Since it’s not even coming out until the end of 2023 we decided to refund it. We are well within the refund policy but when we go to refund it we can not click continue. On the computer it won’t let us click reason for refund. And on our phones or tablet it lets us choose a reason but the continue button stays grey. Is there a reason for this or a way around it that anyone knows of? It’s very frustrating.
