I will never understand why a rider will not do their due diligence to take a couple minutes to research drop off or pick up locations when they go to large events. I work near most Levi Stadium events. The walk to the pick up area is a bit of a hike. What makes you think that a driver can get any closer to you when police close off streets to assist in getting attendees who drove and parked out in a timely manner and can actually see the flow of traffic going against you location? I always message right away to ask if they are at the pick up spot or to cancel and re-order when they arrive. Seems like people order when they leave their seat and that walk could take about 10 minutes. Their excuse is they aren't from the area or didn't know. Some will cancel and others will highjack the time. It is frustrating that Uber cannot fix this problem because either the driver cancels a bunch of rides which takes away from seeing upfront details and the rate. Cannot collect a cancelation fee either because the riders location is not where it should be.

Shoreline Amphitheater, another issue is there is one way in and one way out after an event. The pick up area is flooded with drivers and event staff get on you for stopping to let your riders enter the vehicle AT the designated stop area. Might as well let drivers enter the main lot if they don't want us to stop at the only area we can just to sit in the traffic of all the cars exiting at the same time.

SAP Center, free for all. Roads blocked and riders coming out from all ends. Streets blocked to get around that it could take 15 minutes or more to get 1 block.

In all, just take the minute or two to look at the venue website for information. I look to get as many rides out as I can. It does not help to make it more difficult because you feel entitled to go off the rails and think it's any easier.
