I recently picked up a pax at Logan Airport in Boston (my home base) and was originally supposed to take them to TF Green Airport in RI. Along the way pax got a message that the flight from TF Green was canceled and changed the destination to NYC. I was pissed but, decided to do it because the money should have been good.
However once I dropped off in NYC I couldn't accept anymore rides. The app gave me a message similar too "You are not approved to drive in this state". So now I'm forced to deadhead back to Boston and pay all the tolls from my own pocket?
Why would Uber allow be to drop off in a place I'm not approved to drive in? Has anyone else had something like this happen? I've been fighting with Uber Priority support since it happened.
