I tried going online just now and hitting the blue Go button gave a red bar that's said "Unable to Go Online"

I haven't had any incidents or anything so I called Uber. Nothing wrong with account. They sent an email for trouble shooting and hung up. I did it, uninstalled and reinstalled. Nothing. Installed on a new phone. Nothing. Except now the red bar doesn't even come up.

Called them back and they said there is a known issue where drivers cannot go online.

Anyone else experiencing this?

EDITFinally figured it out. The option to have Uber overlay on the screen was off for some reason. This setting wasn't in the same section as permissions which I had already checked.
