Auto-confirm (aka auto-accept) disappeared from the app

Like the title says, the feature was on my driving preferences for nearly two weeks then vanished. Iām driving in NC and returned after a break of a couple of months. The option was there when I started back up and now has disappeared. Support was, as usual, about as useful as a chocolate fire helmet.
My question is, is this a new scam to entice new or returning drivers to drive more before removing the option entirely?
