Hi all,
I signed up to deliver with Uber eats a few weeks ago. Documents were submitted and approved and received an email saying I was ready to go... So I went to the app today for my first delivery, verified my identity with a screenshot, completed the covid-19 questions. When I hit GO I got an error message at the bottom of the screen saying “your account has been blocked,” then “your account has been paused” soon after. I’ve looked everywhere and cannot find a clear answer. I tried contacting support but of course it’s not available!
If anyone can help me out with this issue I’d really appreciate it!
