Why does Uber and Lyft give the passenger free time to arrive at the pickup location?
Why doesn’t the apps on the passengers end, have a notification letting the rider know that the driver is 3-4 minutes away, and makes the passenger come downstairs during those 3-4 minutes. Why do drivers always have to wait 5/6/7 minutes for people when they could have anticipated beforehand?
