Did a ride Saturday that uber has not paid me for yet. I have the Uber pro card, so pay should go on it instantly. I contacted Uber about it. They told me they don’t even see the ride on my account. Since then I have emailed them a screenshot of the ride with all the information. All I get is the fucking runaround. I’m a platinum drive with priority customer support. Their priority customer service sucks ass. I can’t seem to get them on the phone, and when I do they don’t speak good enough English and then I get hung up on.
