1. Don’t set a pickup location then call or text the driver asking to pick you up elsewhere.

3. If someone ordered your ride for you, we’re not even supposed to take you, so be standing at the precise pickup point and KNOW the car that’s coming. Least you can do.
4. Don’t come into an Uber with open food. It’s disgusting.
5. Basic hygiene. I drop your rating 3 stars if I can smell you (and you smell bad). 4 stars if your shoes are dirty. Be considerate.
6. If you must call the driver, don’t use the “free call” just call us. Connection sucks with that.
7. If you don’t speak English, BE SURE YOU KNOW HOW TO USE THE APP or it becomes quite a challenge to locate you. It’s your job to tell the driver where to pick you up and your responsibility to be there.

Follow these simple things and I guarantee your driver will not only provide you with a smooth pickup, ride, and drop off, but he or she is more likely to, say, stop at 711 upon request. If I see you respecting my job and my vehicle there aren’t many requests I’d deny within reason.
