Bonus vomit

I drove a puker a few nights ago, while it was dark and rainy. Initially, it looked like he only got the outside of my car, however, two days later, I started smelling it in the car, and found it in the door frame and some on the (inside) door itself.
I already reported the cleanup fee for the exterior of the vehicle but I’m wondering if it’s worth it to report the additional vomit, even though it took a few days to see it.
