Hertz Tesla insurance was expired I got ticket but I do have full coverage for my terms

Hi Flocks,
I did rent the car from hertz for my gig work and it was 6th week this car insurance was expired and I got pulled over over my cops and they are saying this car have expired insurance and gave me tickets but in my terms I do have full coverage and it’s not my fault?
What should I do ? Will hertz cover my expenses?
