So to start off I've only used Uber a handful of times because where u live doesn't have that many available drivers. But a little while ago my gf and I were visiting another town and called for an Uber to take us to dinner. On the app it said it would be around a $15 trip. After we were dropped off at the restaurant I waited for the ride to end so I could give a 5 star rating. However the ride didn't end for another 30 minutes making a total cost of the trip to be around $45 dollars. I did dispute with my bank and not Uber. But I was curious if the driver was trying to scam me or was that something that's normal I just didn't understand?
