Service fee?

Just drive about 20 minutes into the middle if no where to a $25 reservation ride.. at arrival there is no phone service and no Passanger… multiple calls and fIulef texts I talk to some people running the event that finished.. the name was not on the guest list so I decide to leave after waiting 25~ minutes
App crashes on me and when I finally get service I find I have made $25 for a cancellation fee.. but also was charged a $6.83 ‘service fee’
Trying to figure out where this money went?
