So last night my first ride of the night I arrive and swipe for pickup and it gives me the "no route available" message and wants to open Google maps. It does this sometimes with a couple of spots in town so I just confirmed with the pax the destination and got on the way. Mid-trip I got a stack which I accepted. Dropped off, ended the ride and moved on. It starts routing me to the next ride, gives me the new pax details then mid-trip it shows I'm still en route to the first pax. So I "start" his ride again and end it. I went through this easily 20 times before I finally had to reboot my phone, when I was finally able to end the first trip which, according to the app, still hadn't started. I cancelled the stack because he'd been waiting so long and I had no idea where he was I didn't want the hassle of them complaining 😂
Has this happened to anyone else? I noticed the app has recently updated since my last login.
