This is crazy!!!

I'm active duty military living in Hawaii. I obviously have an out of state license. I can't get signed up to drive due to my background check not being approved because the license isn't from Hawaii. I've been driving for Lyft for 3 months now with no issue. Why can't you talk to a PERSON at Uber. It's all bots. Anyone else have this problem?
