Uber eats preference is gone.

So basically i used uber eats to deliver. 2 days ago i signed up to do drop offs but when i did the preference for uber eats just disappeared. I called support and they tried to set it back up but so far nothing has worked. Has anyone had this problem? How do i fix it?
