So, as a general rule my AR has hovered around 50% for both apps since upfront pricing came to my market. I got tired of working 8-10 hour shifts and only ending up with 15 completed rides per shift so I decided to change my tactics for a month and the results are noticeable.
For the last 30 days I've accepted 97% of my rides and have a 2% cancelation rate. Obviously I've done more rides per shift but, I've actually noticed that the offers are better. I made an additional $1500 this month compared to the prior 3 months.
Of course there are still the occasions ridiculously low offer that you'd have to be insane to accept but, maybe not being so picky is the way to go? Full disclosure I drive for both apps, and prioritize whichever platform gives me the most bonus money of any given week.
