Uber support called me halfway thru a route saying that a previous passenger had reported me for not matching my profile, they tell me to cancel the route and park somewhere to verify me and my account. They ask me to go thru a series of steps to verify me, then put me on hold. After a couple minutes, he calls back saying I’m getting “compensated $150” for the inconvenience the customer has caused. This is my first time possibly getting scammed by UBER SUPPORT themselves. Since they got the Uber pro card system. They gave me an Uber card so we could transfer but idk if this is legit or not.
