Change of destination then a warning

Today I took an Uber home. Suddenly the driver asked me to get out - said that this was my chosen destination - it was three miles from home. System did indeed show that but wouldn’t let me change it. I have no idea how that destination would have showed up as I have never even been there before. I had to get out and take another uber as system wouldn’t let me add home address as a stop. I have home saved and always select it so no idea how this happened.

A couple of hours later I have received a warning email from Uber about breaching their customer terms!

I don’t understand either of these .
