Aye dude that’s awesome!! 8 months is fucking amazing. That is no small feat. You’re doing better than me. I still drink here and there. I’m just able to spend my days working and distracting myself so that I’m not drinking every other day anymore. But I’ve never been sober for 8 months since I started drinking. That’s truly incredible. You’ve done amazing. Definitely don’t diminish that. I don’t think I could even do that

Yeah. Unfortunately it only got worse after that 😅 thankfully I’ve resolved it now :) im a much better… normal, sober individual now 🥲

You definitely can!! And you should before it gets worse. I was okay with my alcoholism until I started doing more dangerous activities while drinking. Like driving when I was blackout or playing with my guns. I got too comfortable with drinking I thought I was invincible even while blackout. Thankfully I realized how bad that is and cut back. The only way I was able to draw back was by filling each day with something to distract myself. I just work all day every day now and keep busy. It works amazingly! And then if I do drink, normally it’s a couple beer-like drinks at the end of the day and I don’t want more bc I’m tired from working :) it’s stupid, but a daily to-do helped me a ton! Each day I cross off the things I wrote down to do and I do them! Works well :) 💗💗 you got this <3

Thank you sm :,)) and waking up early and filing my days with things to do! I started making daily to-do lists. I’ve been doing them every day for months now. I write down the things I want to do, cross them off as I complete them throughout the day, and then write down the extra things I do! It keeps me on track, motivates me, and has some psychological competent to it that changed everything for me and helped me :D

At the end of the day, it was my choice to do it :) I appreciate the thought tho 💗💗 I don’t regret anything from WP… other than maybe that I couldn’t win everyone’s liking of me 😩😩 but that’s unrealistic haha.
