First of all my mind is blown at how many of you came through with donating to various organizations and individuals that are helping people rebuild their lives or were impacted themselves. This was so incredibly wholesome and beat my wildest expectations. I didn't expect to get more than $500 worth of donations but all of you blew that out of the water.

I recorded all donations in a Google sheet so here's some stats first:

Total money donated: $23,105! (What the actual fuck?)

Total redditors that donated: 268

Total donations confirmed to be after my post: $16,635

Highest donation amount: $3,500

Most people chose to donate to different GoFundMe drives.

How I picked the winners

A majority voted for every donation to count as a single entry irrespective of amount, so it was much easier!

As I mentioned in my previous post, I decided to double the winners to two. Also like I mentioned already I had all donations recorded on a Google sheet. First I copied just the usernames to a separate sheet so I had rows 1-268 with just usernames, and used Google sheets to randomize the list so it was no longer in order of entering. Then I had Google search generate a random number between 1-10. This was six and determined how many times I rolled before picking the first winner. I then had it generate a random number between 1-268 (the number of donors) six times. The sixth time the number was 190. I then picked the redditor on row 190 of the sheet.

I then did the same thing again, first generating a number between 1-10 to represent how many times I roll before picking. This was three. I then generated a number between 1-268 three times, and the third time the number was 17. I then picked the redditor on row 17 of the sheet.

These results are final. I did my best to ensure I didn't miss anyone that entered, and I'm pretty sure I've gotten every DM or message too. It's still best effort, and I'm human, so if anyone was left out, I'm truly sorry it wasn't intentional.
