I don't know what I was coming here for but today's little insight, althought I've said it before, it deserves a spot here!
The easiest way to eat an elephant is one bite at a time.
So when you're making changes... and that huge overwhelming waves comes... experience the wave, but know one little change, laying one more brick to the foundation, will be progress. The next brick, or the next bite of the elephant- also progress.
