I don’t think this is a crazy or unrealistic expectation to have. Coming into my dms and only saying “hey,” only giving your age/height/dick size with no other information, asking me if I can host, not having any pictures in either dms or profile, not saying anything specific about what you want, being the complete opposite of the physical preferences I’ve listed, etc etc, will most likely not get you a reply.

It’s a huge waste of my time to have to filter through all the messages like that. However this is a problem that cis men have across every online platform used for dating/sex, so I probably shouldn’t waste too much energy being annoyed about it.
