Hey everyone!

I hope everyone is enjoying the first official days of fall! The weather is starting to become much nicer.

For those of you who may not know, I’m a sex nerd. No, not a sexy nerd (although that is still true haha) but a nerd who loves learning about sex and all it encompasses. I’ve started taking online sex classes via a platform called Beducated, and it’s been really fun and informative.

So far, I’ve taken classes on sex/dating in the context of disability, aftercare, anal play/training, chronic pain with sex, boundaries, and visiting sex clubs/parties. I’m also taking this YouTube course on increased flexibility for sexual acts. I found these topics of particular interest because I felt like they would be useful. I really made sure to take the time to think about how each of these classes could improve my life moving forward. I think it’s very important for one to be intentional in all aspects of their life and sex is no less important.

I’ve started making some changes based on the info I’ve learned, and I’m really happy about them so far. With that, I decided to make some goals for myself and I wanted to share them with you all!

Goals: - Plan a visit to a sex club in the United States - Visit a nude resort or spa - Be able to take my biggest Squarepeg anal plug comfortably - Do a boudoir photo shoot for myself - Create a set aftercare routine for myself - Spend 30 days on stretches to make myself more flexible during sexual acts

I plan on taking some more courses, and I’ve even started reading the Ethical Slut. Not to mention, I’m even going through my saved Reddit posts and this huge ass sex education document I made a couple years ago. I’m enjoying being curious again, and I think I’m taking great steps towards a better me.
