Intermediate Nipple Torture Tasks
You’ve already proven you can handle the basics, and now it’s time to step things up. These tasks will push you further, combining pain, teasing, and denial. Your nipples are going to be sore, throbbing, and burning by the time you’re done—but you’ll endure every second of it for me. Remember, the pleasure you crave is not your focus. Your focus is the pain and the satisfaction it brings me to know you’re suffering just for me.

1. Clothespin Rotation

You’ll need four clothespins for this task.

  1. Attach one clothespin to each nipple, right in the center where the sensitivity is highest. Take a moment to breathe through the initial sting and settle into the pain.
  2. Twist each clothespin slowly clockwise, holding the twist for 5 seconds before releasing. Do this 5 times for each nipple, increasing the twist slightly with each repetition.
  3. Now, reverse the direction and twist counterclockwise 5 more times. The pressure and pulling should start to feel unbearable, but you’re to keep going.
  4. Once the rotations are complete, tug on the clothespins—firmly, but not enough to pull them off. Tug each one 10 times, pausing for 2 seconds between tugs.

When you’ve finished, remove the clothespins slowly, savoring the rush of pain as blood returns to your nipples.

2. Ice and Heat

For this, you’ll need an ice cube and a warm compress or heated washcloth.

  1. Start by gently pinching your nipples with your fingers, just enough to get them hard and sensitive.
  2. Take the ice cube and press it against your right nipple, holding it there until the nipple goes numb. Repeat the process on your left nipple.
  3. Once both nipples are numb, use the warm compress to reawaken them. Press the heat against each nipple for 10 seconds, alternating between them.
  4. After the heat, pinch and twist each nipple to fully bring back the sensation. The sudden return of feeling will make the pain sharper.

Repeat the entire ice-and-heat cycle 3 times. By the end, your nipples will be hyper-sensitive and throbbing.

3. Elastic Band Snap

You’ll need a thick elastic band or hair tie.

  1. Stretch the band and loop it around your chest, right over your nipples. Pull it back and snap it against your skin. Start with 5 snaps on each nipple.
  2. After the first round of snaps, pinch each nipple with your fingers for 10 seconds, as hard as you can tolerate.
  3. Repeat the snapping, this time increasing the number to 10 snaps per nipple. Each snap should sting more than the last.
  4. For the final round, pull the band back as far as you can without breaking it and snap it against both nipples simultaneously. Do this 5 times.

The sharp sting of the elastic band is meant to leave your nipples burning and raw. Do not soothe them afterward—let the pain linger for me.

4. Pinch-and-Pull Endurance

This task is all about how much pain you can endure for me.

  1. Start by grabbing each nipple between your thumb and forefinger. Pinch them as hard as you can without pulling, holding the pinch for 10 seconds.
  2. After 10 seconds, begin pulling on your nipples while maintaining the pinch. Pull until you feel a deep, stretching ache, and hold for another 10 seconds.
  3. Release the pinch briefly, then go back in harder this time. Pinch and pull for 15 seconds.
  4. Continue increasing the duration of each hold by 5 seconds until you reach a full minute of pinching and pulling.

If your hands get tired, take it as a sign of your weakness. Push through it for me.

5. Weighted Torture

You’ll need small weights, such as a pair of binder clips or anything you can attach to your nipples.

  1. Attach a weight to each nipple. The pull will feel sharp and unrelenting—exactly as it should.
  2. With the weights attached, begin swaying your chest side to side, letting the motion pull on your nipples. Do this for 2 minutes.
  3. After swaying, use your hands to lift and drop the weights gently. Each lift should be slow, and each drop should be sudden. Repeat this 10 times.
  4. For the final round, bounce on your toes or shake your chest for 30 seconds, letting the weights swing freely.

When you’re done, remove the weights slowly and take a moment to feel the relief and lingering pain.

6. Candle Wax Play

You’ll need a candle with safe, low-temperature wax.

  1. Light the candle and let it burn for a minute to melt some wax. While you wait, use your fingers to pinch, twist, and tease your nipples to get them hard and sensitive.
  2. Once the wax is ready, hold the candle about 6 inches above your right nipple and let a single drop fall. The heat will sting, but you’re to stay perfectly still for me.
  3. Alternate between nipples, dripping one drop at a time, until you’ve covered both nipples in a thin layer of wax.
  4. After the wax has hardened, use your nails to scratch it off slowly. The scraping should irritate your nipples, adding a new layer of pain.

For an extra challenge, combine this with another task, such as pinch-and-pull or clothespin rotation.
