You are brilliant and you know it but are insecure about your intelligence, and you get a bit of a chip on your shoulder about people not assuming you’re smart.
You are beautiful and you know it, but you're aware that we all age and you're apprehensive about how aging will affect your amazing looks. To me, it won't.
I've experienced distance and NOT seeing you, and that's infinitely worse. I'm going to age, too.
I love your community. I want to be part of it.
I love your family. I want to be a part of it.
Being with you is the only time I can recall feeling content. I miss that.
Fault is unimportant to me and if you need everything to be my fault, fine. Let's agree on that and then heal and fix everything.
Remember driving together for hours without so much as a radio? Remember driving and singing along? Remember cooking together? Remember jasmine? Making love? Skinny dipping? Discussing books? Solving all the world's problems? Exploring?
