It is slightly more complex than that! There are many surgeries one can choose to have, or may not. I encourage you to look it up! There are many reasons why a Trans person would or would not choose to get surgeries. In my case, I want to get top surgery. I know you are asking about my genitals though. I have not had genital surgery and do not plan to.
