Hey, I need help with suggestions or ideas. I was accepted to the Psychology Bachelor degree at the University of Vienna. The problem is that I simply can't find housing. I know I should have applied to a Studentenheim earlier but I only received my results last week and I had no idea if id get accepted. I've tried all the links from the wiki, contacted all the Studentenheime I could find but there are no more places available. I've tried applying to room in WGs but I either received no answer or they say the curent tenants have to choose the person and there are already other candidates. Same thing on WG-Gesucht. I also cant really afford to rent an unfurnished apartment and then spend money on furnishing it. So, what would you recommend, seeing as the Semester begins on the 1st of October? My Budget is around €450/months for rent utilities and I don't mind having to travel a longer distance to get to uni as long as long as it's part of the wiener linien and I don't have to buy separate tickets.
