I'm 25 and pregnant and living on my friends couch who I have known for two months. I am doing my best to get on my feet. I am on disability in Kansas and looking for either disability based or income based apartments. I have also inquired about pregnant friendly group homes. A couple days ago, my phone broke... shattered completely and will not work at all. It is IMPOSSIBLE to keep up with all my appointments AND try to find a place to live without a phone. I am scared and desperate. Anything helps. I am trying to raise $60 to go to walmart and hopefully get either a cheap phone or a cheap monthly payment plan on a phone.
