kisses down low from kelly rowland came on my shuffle recently. and i knew about it from back then....but it just sounded like a many regular lady singing a regular sex song pro woman song sex positive thing i know what i want and am not clueless waiting for someone with experience to use me thing.
but then.....................
i never....ever...looked at the video.
i at a certain point got irritated that the videos were either lyric text videos, videos that had nothing to do with the story the song is sharing, or the mood the song is creating, or it's a recording of the artist or band just on stage live performing.
but when i looked for the first time i was like....
LITTLE GIRL VIBES BABY GIRL VIBES OK NOW OK NOW. WE IN HERE.
i looked it was made about 11 years ago..that tracks with my 'gaydar babygirl dar' idk what to call this thing i have....but it tracks with how i feel the rise of the media and just the energy of it being more safer and the baby/little girl vibe on the rise.
so i started a gif a palooza and also was motivated to do the talk sing song along to it as well.
i was doing gifs but then...really the last few moments of the video were so good it needed to turn into a clip.
so here's the clip because this was chefs kiss.
what is a babygirl? what is like to be around one? what's going on in her head? what's the emotions of a babygirl instead of a regular lady?
some of the wigs and fashion is tragic...others i feel fit the mindset perfectly. to be clear the wigs that look bad to me are the red wig that really harkens the ratchet vibes and the marilyn look wig was really badly done...the fur look also messes me up.
i know some aren't going to like her other scene vibes looks. but i have no problem with those. and while the scene fashion and scene music was younger than my time i can def respect it and totally understand in the lifestyle personality of 24/7 wise why a babygirl or littlegirl would be attracted to the graphic explosive and kooky childlike fashion scene can be like as an outsider.
in the next post i'll dive deeper but this whole segment needed it's own post. it was that good.
ending this with how i contextualize it....the common
