Sea Mountain is Palm Springs and Las Vegas is what you’re probably referring to. The Palm Springs location has 15 bookable rooms but it gets busy during the weekend events (like most lifestyle venues). The LV location is more like a day club. BOTH venues are nude required with the lifestyle in mind. You can play anywhere whenever you feel like it really. It’s a very natural and open feeling.
Laguna del Sol and Lupin Lodge are clothing optional resorts. No swinging allowed on the grounds but people swing in private ofc. It’s just prohibited to maintain AANR status.

Lupin Lodge was fun but unfortunately it’s pretty run down. We prefer Laguna del Sol more for nude recreation but the views around Lupin are definitely really nice. Love those Santa Cruz hills.

Hedo in Jamaica is probably a top tier experience then. Have heard great things about Desire as well but we cannot say for ourselves because we haven’t been (yet!)
