it’s about time i make one of these :P

these terms are non-exhaustive and subject to change at any given time. i may request further information from you before i make any final decision regarding permission to fill my scripts outside of Reddit. i reserve the right to make any adjustments to the terms as i see fit depending on the situation. my permission given once does NOT mean my permission is given always, and i reserve the right to revoke my permission for you to fill my scripts.

#1. “I want to make an audio of one of your scripts and post it publicly on Reddit."

first, thank you for your interest in my script!

in cases where you would fill a script of mine, SFW or NSFW, and post directly to Reddit without monetization, either on r/gonewildaudio, r/gonewildaudible, r/pillowtalkaudio, or any related and affiliated subreddits, then there is no need to ask for permission ahead of time. all i require is that you properly credit me as the scriptwriter in your post, and tag me in the comments to notify me about the audio!

i encourage improv and rephrasing, but if you plan on making any significant changes to my script, like adding/changing a tag or changing the gender of the listener or speaker, please let me know ahead of time and generally i’ll be okay with it. i do my absolute best to make all my scripts POC and size-friendly, so please avoid adding any physical descriptors that would otherwise exclude or single out groups of listeners (i.e. hair, skin color, "blushing", “big" or "small” body parts).

**IMPORTANT: i try my best to periodically check and remove links to script fills from deleted posts or accounts but i'm not always online, so if at any point decide to take down your audios or your account for any reason at all and would not like your audios circulated any longer, if it's possible for you please let me know and i will gladly remove the link to your script fill in my initial post, no questions asked. i completely understand the need to delete as much of your online footprint as you can, and i don't want anyone to feel exposed in an online space they're no longer comfortable in.

#2. “I want to fill one of your scripts and post it publicly on YouTube/TikTok/etc.”

if you want to post any of my scripts on any site other than Reddit without monetization, i request that you contact me via Reddit DM and ask for permission before you post the audio. on any site other than Reddit, i require you to credit me in the beginning of the description of your post by linking to my initial Reddit script offer post and/or my Reddit profile. also, please send me a link to the audio once completed.

if you wish to post to YouTube, you must age-restrict the YouTube video and/or have an 18 age-restricted YouTube channel. if it is an SFW script, you may post the full audio. however, if it is an NSFW script, you may only post an edited preview removing the graphic sexual parts of the audio before posting the completed NSFW audio either on the various GWA-affiliated subreddits or on an 18 paywalled site, e.g. Patreon (see #3 for further info).

i do not allow any posts/soundbites/clips/previews of my scripts on TikTok, as the site has a history of disregarding safety and exposure of NSFW content to minors and i do not feel comfortable with my content being on the platform.

if the site you intend to post is not mentioned here, i reserve the right to request more information and make an informed decision based on further research.

#3. “I want to fill one of your scripts and post it on a paid site (e.g. Patreon).”

if you intend on monetizing your script fill on any paid subscription based site as an exclusive audio for your subscribers, no matter the duration, you must tell me in advance. additionally, in cases of extended duration exclusivity (one month or higher), i reserve the right to compensation as the scriptwriter. the amount of this compensation will be determined on a case-to-case basis depending on several different factors, including but not limited to the extent of exclusivity on the site (i.e. “early access exclusive” vs “complete exclusive”, or “$5 tier exclusive” vs “$20 tier exclusive”). the site must have some form of 18 age-restriction in place.

as required, you must credit me as the scriptwriter in your post by linking to my initial script offer or my reddit profile. i also request a copy of the completed exclusive audio, via either audio file or Google Drive link, for my own listening.

#4. “I’m an asshole who purposely wants to steal/plagiarize/monetize your content without permission cause fuck you Kar 🤪”

aight well first, fuck you too.

second, i know people make mistakes and if you have good intentions and don’t mean any harm, I will give you the benefit of the doubt in most situations.

however, if you otherwise intentionally and repetitively try to claim my work as your own, especially on monetized sites, you will no longer be allowed to fill any of my scripts and you will be reported for plagiarism. additionally, if you disregard my 18 safety terms and knowingly post my content to places that could have minors, you will no longer be allowed to fill any of my scripts. if this continues to happen, i will report you for exposing explicit/graphic content to potential minors.

i am happy that i’ve have never had an issue with performers regarding my scripts so far in my time here, which i am very grateful for and i would very much like to keep it that way. (lmao nvm) if you are a performer who’s interested in my content, i ask you to please not make this a problem. otherwise, i will become your problem 🕺

if you suspect someone is stealing my content or posting my content to sites outside of Reddit without my permission, please let me know so i can sort out the issue.
