Joesph Nicholas is the main man seen in the video depicting fire set to the homeless encampment around the 6th street bridge in Austin, TX.

The video can be seen here and has been reposted by various news outlets. We do have direct contact through a phone (one of two phones we got to him, long story) our group was able to provide as well as a group of locals who can all be contacted if needed.
