Thank you!! This sounds kinda crazy, but Iāve been going to this gym called Body20. They have them in NY, and theyāre opening over 100 new gyms across the US this year.
They use electro muscle stimulation during your workout to contract your muscles like 36,000x in 20 mins!! (For comparison, a normal 1.5 gym workout is like 2000 contractions). It sounds weird but a 15 minute workout literally made me throw up š it feels like you climbed a mountain 2 days after your workout.
My goals are just feeling stronger and healthy lol
If my physique changes in the process, thatās fine. If it doesnāt change, thatās fine too. Iām just aging (feeling all achy and shit) and as I come up on 30, I realized I need to really get in a routine to take care of my body while Iām young.
I just checked and even on onlyfans, this set of images Iām wearing underwear the whole time lol Iāll try to take some full nude ones after my next workout. I fainted and threw up during my last workout, so I was not thinking about selfies LOL
It is, but honestly during the workout itself, itās not bad. You donāt āfeel the burnā and the workout seems kind of light, which causes you to push yourself harder. Itās after youāre done working out when it hits you like a brick wall. Even after throwing up, I still highly recommend it and am going back lol I noticed considerable muscle definition in just 2 weeks. Like, I donāt have a full gun show in my arms, but little pistols yes š„¹

When reading studies on it, the reviews are very mixed saying more research needs to be done, itās only beneficial when combined with exercise (not a substitute for exercise), and that it can cause unintentional muscle damage to areas itās wrongly applied to. I was offered 2 free demos to see if I liked it for myself and I can only go based off anecdotal experience, and my first workout in the suit (13 minutes) was one of the best workouts I ever had, and in about 2 weeks I noticed my arms toning. It wasnāt anything I was looking for, I was just adjusting my hair in the mirror and noticed my arms were already changing. My next workout with them was 15 minutes and it felt like I had hiked The Subway at Zion (an 8 hour hike up river, with a 600 ft rock climb up and down). Now whether the stress itās putting on my body is healthy longterm is definitely something Iām not sure (and I donāt plan on doing it longterm ā I actually have to talk to my cardiologist about whether I should continue at all since I have a heart condition). But itās approved by the FDA in moderation, and the demo is free :)
Thatās awesome! You should definitely give it a go again :) Iāve never been to Iceland but everywhere Iāve traveled in the last 4 years has way more vegan options today than it used to.
