Typically I look at someone’s comments on their profile before considering responding to their DM.

Nothing is uglier than being a bigot or just straight up mean to people for no reason at all (yes this includes participating in race play). It isn’t “edgy.” It’s gross 😒
Also, if I don’t respond it may just be that I just haven’t read it yet. :)
But I also recommend reading through mine as well.
