What should I charge? (Freelance)

So I've been freelance writing professionally since 2009. The work hasn't been constant or full-time, as health issues prevent me from working standard hours.
Anyway, someone wants to hire me for a writing and editing project, and I told her I'd charge a fee based on a word count. But this is a new policy for me, so I don't know what to charge her. What's the going rate? 10 cents per word? 20 cents per word?
