Post Body

Kind of hard to see from the picture so I'm going to do my best to describe it using words. I have a hot plate that is temperature controlling in the temperature can be set on On top of that I have a cooking PAN filled with play sand. Inside of the PAN I have a borecolicate glass test tube, along with 2 meet thermometer probes.. would this work? If not why not? Any help would be amazing I think this would work but want your input
