This is less a specific request, and more a request for more content of a certain type. As a trans woman, it's pretty difficult to get into any audio which assumes my genital conformation to be the same as the majority of cis women's. I'd imagine trans men face similar issues, and I'm guessing nonbinary folks who don't like either binary pronoun face even more issues with finding good audios for them.
My request is for more audios that don't mention the genitalia of the listener, or which don't use a particular set of pronouns. This is something that would benefit quite a number of trans listeners, but would also benefit some cis listeners as well. For example, when creating an audio about penetrating a woman, but without mentioning her genitalia, this benefits trans women who don't like their genitalia mentioned, but also women who prefer to be penetrated anally, or those who have conditions like vaginismus, which can make vaginal penetration difficult or painful, but still enjoy anal penetration.
Additionally, "4A" content can be enjoyed by any listener, which makes those types of audios more inclusive in general. So, for example, if you modify a "4F" script to be "4A," you both include men and nonbinary people, meaning ambiguating the gender of the listener can help multiple groups of people enjoy your audio.
Overall, I'm not suggesting all audios follow this recommendation (certainly, some audios fit much better with their original gender or genital mentions, and varied content will satisfy more people), but I think it would be nice to see more audios that are more inclusive in easy ways. A lot of audio creators may not want to focus their efforts on creating "4TF," "4TM," or "4NB" scripts and audios, which I can understand, but what I'm suggesting here is an easier way to include more people in your audio content, trans or not.
If you are looking to create trans-friendly scripts and audios, I'd recommend u/kittytoy85's post on the subject, which can be found here.
It's also worth stating, I don't claim to speak for all trans people, or any other group, I'm merely speaking from my own experiences.
