255,000/12(months) = ~21,250 deaths per month, ~ 710 per day in USA from these two causes alone. This doesn't control for the purposeful or mistaken miscoding on death certificates that is currently occurring so its really not possible to get at the real figures. But these are worse case data as it seems clear that the deaths attributed solely to covid19 are exaggerated possibly extremely... Examining death rates of other diseases during this time will give us a good indicator, some of this data is already coming in, eg lower respiratory disease deaths have dropped to zero in MANY areas where mortaility rates are much higher than average...
