1. Don't just go straight for the center. Work your way to her vulva! Teasing is a big chunk of excitement! Start by kissing down her neck, her chest, her stomach, give little pecks to her thighs. Left, right, left, right inching closer and closer slowly. When you finally arrive there don't just lay your tongue flat on. Touch it with your lips, barely more than a sigh.
2. Try different things, watch what she likes. Some people love having their clit stimulated directly, others feel that's way too intense. Sometimes they may enjoy you pushing your tongue between their lips and into them a little bit. Others aren't into that very much. It all varies, so be creative! You'll know you're doing something right if she starts writhing, breathing faster or clenching your head with her thighs.
3. This is the big one! Once you figure out what she likes and you go all in: MAINTAIN. CONSISTENCY. AT. ALL. COSTS.
