So I have been eating really healthy, doing yoga a few days a week and making sure to get 10k steps a day and wow I feel really good. I still wish I was sleeping better but I am very happy with the routine I am building. I have cut out sugar and gluten and that really makes a difference, I feel like it is almost criminal that there is not enough awareness about how those two substances affect the human body.
